Stress free life
January 19, 26, February 2 & 9

During this course, basic meditation tools and techniques conducive to a stress free life, will be introduced. Modern lives and fast paced jobs can often lead to high levels of stress. Learning to look at problems and difficulties in a positive way and combining this with a meditation practice can reduce stress and worry. A regular mediation practice leads to a calm mind and a stress free life.

The secret to happiness
February 23, March 2, 9, 16, 23 & 30

Although everyone is searching for happiness, true lasting happiness is difficult to achieve. By examining our own preconceptions about where happiness lies, we can begin to see that happiness is a state of mind, therefore can only be found within the mind. Meditation is a method of accessing this pure and lasting experience of happiness from within our own mind.

There is no need to book in advance for the classes, you are welcome to drop in at any time for an individual class. For more information about the classes see what to expect at a class.
