Kelsang Nyingpo was ordained as a Buddhist nun by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso in 1996. Her stability of mind, faith in the teachings and example of putting the teachings into practice in daily life makes her an inspiration to those who wish to follow the spiritual path.

Through her own experience of training the mind and progressing along the spiritual path Kelsang Nyingpo offers a wealth of experience and practical advice for others. Her sense of humour and calm make her a powerful teacher whilst her sincerity helps bring the teachings alive in every day life.
