Introduction to Meditation Retreat

During these retreats you will learn the basics of meditation: how to meditate, what is meditation, how to prepare for meditation, the meditation posture, different types of breathing meditation, how to integrate meditation in your daily life. Sessions last for about one hour each. The meditation teacher will give a short talk in each session and guided one or two meditations. There is also time for discussion.

Friday: Registration & supper 6pm / Introductory talk 7.30pm
Saturday: Breakfast 8-9am /Session 1: 9-10am / Session 2: 11-12pm / Lunch 1pm / Session 3: 3-4pm / Session 4: 5-6pm / Supper 6pm / Evening puja 7.30pm
Sunday
: Breakfast 8-9am / Session 1: 9-10am / Session 2: 11-12pm / Lunch 1pm

Retreat fees

The fees include accommodation (where applicable), course fees, and all meals.
For the whole weekend: Non residential £45, Dorm £70, Twin (per person) £90, Single £105
Saturday only: Non residential £25
