Bodhisattva Centre holds regular one day courses throughout the year. Each day course focuses on a different aspect of buddhist meditation. You are welcome to attend these day courses, and why not extend your stay? You are welcome to stay at the Centre in our guest room accommodation for a few nights if you wish and take this time to explore Brighton and the surrounding area.

Day Course dates 2009

7 February - Mindfulness
2 May - Half day meditation workshop
9 May - Half day meditation workshop
16 May - Half day meditation workshop
20 June - Death and Impermanence

Timetable:

Each day course runs from 10.30am to 5pm and includes lunch. The half day courses in May run from 10.30-1pm and do not include lunch

Fees:

Day Course fees £25 / £10 for the half day courses in May
