Everyone Welcome,
Create inner space in your mind during your lunch break! These lunchtime meditations are suitable for everyone. They consist of a short talk on meditation followed by a guided meditation to set you up nicely for a tranquil day. You are welcome to stay for lunch afterwards in our World Peace Café. **
The classes are taught by various teachers from Bodhisattva Centre. There is no need to book in advance for these meditation classes. You are welcome to drop in at any time for an individual class.

Guided Meditation Cost: £1.50*
**A lunch special is offered for those wishing to stay and relax after the class in our beautiful World Peace Café. (Lunch special cost £2.50)
